Plot

When oil is indeed discovered, greedy oil speculators want her property. Amid growing pressure, Sarah leans on her faith, her family, friends, and even some Texas adventurers to stand firm. In a remarkable twist, she becomes one of America’s first female African American millionaires, before her twelfth birthday.
